In the unlikely scenario that your item is damaged, you should notify us of the return within 24 hours days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Any items returned to us will be inspected for damage, use, etc, and be photographed and shared if found. This process is 7-14 business days, an email of findings will be sent once the refund has been approved. All shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer. Including any admin fees and expenses
